Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Pure Note Journal mobile application and related services operated by Stonewood Croft Inc. (the “Service Provider”). It explains how the application handles information and what happens when you choose to contact the Service Provider directly.
What information does the application obtain and how is it used?
The application is designed to work without account registration and does not collect, log, or store personal information during ordinary use. If the application is used while connected to the internet, limited technical protocol data such as a temporary IP address may be transmitted in the normal course of establishing a network connection, but this information is not retained for profiling or tracking.
Location information
Pure Note Journal does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-party access
Because the application does not collect personal information as part of its normal operation, there is no routine sharing of such information with third parties.
Opt-out rights
You may stop all use of the application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily submit information outside the application, you may request assistance regarding that information by emailing cohenoceane048@gmail.com.
Children
The application is not intended for children under the age of 13, or any higher age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children. If information is voluntarily submitted outside normal application use and a child is involved, parental or guardian consent must apply where required by law.
Security
Since the application does not collect personal data through standard use, the risk of personal data exposure is reduced. Even so, no system can be guaranteed completely secure, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to any systems and any information it may hold.
Data breach notification
Because the application does not gather personal data during ordinary operation, the likelihood of a personal data breach affecting in-app user information is minimal. If a breach affects information that you voluntarily provided outside standard application use, the Service Provider will respond as required by applicable law.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain personal information collected through ordinary in-app use because the application does not request or store such information centrally. If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider through email or another direct method, any information contained in that correspondence may be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce rights.
Data Deletion
You may remove application data stored on your device by deleting entries within the app or uninstalling the application. If you have voluntarily shared personal information directly with the Service Provider outside regular application use, you may request deletion of that information by contacting cohenoceane048@gmail.com. Deletion requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law and any legitimate record-keeping requirements.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date. Previous versions may be requested by contacting cohenoceane048@gmail.com.
Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before your withdrawal.
